Many things happened after the last post and even before that which are rotting somewhere in the archives as all my posts are spontaneous, leaving aside the drafts. Seems like I have settled now, not running after money, success; feel no vengeance/attachment towards anything/anyone; have got used to the idea that I may not be destined for the stars. My list of missed opportunities has become so long now that I can either keep thinking over it or move on, i chose the latter. This ending could have matched that of 'good will hunting' had I been that gifted. Now the sadistic/sarcastic laughter rings my eardrums, silently whispering, 'I told you so'. Have made this blog a sad place, will post some nice 'feel good' fiction now. I may sound little sad but that is totally not the case, its plain indifference to everything. I found a word to describe my ideology, NIHILISM.
I am finding some peace in reading up war history as it is the closest one can get to extreme reality and also to see how people reacted to the trying circumstances, some chickened out others blasted through fortresses and silenced the enemy's canons by inserting their heads into them (ok, this was a translation from movie Border which was my favourite movie for a long time.) I couldn't even spell this world properly then, didn't know its meaning but staged a Non Cooperation movement at home till i got to see this movie. You can imagine the torture I would have undergone when my family took me to 'hum aapke hai kaun' and i had my revenge in the form of taking out the foam from the seats there.
It can easily be inferred that someone not taken up on his ego/ambition or not tried to take its advantage for some other purpose, all wars could easily have been avoided. Nothing can be solved through it, if 1 falls 10 will rise. But yes, a Nihilist can find reason in it-> population control.
That is all for now, to rhyme with the song playing at some distant location
Hum Kalre hain to kya hua dilwale hain.
